We provide professional mental health support through authorised wellness experts and digital tools. Our goal is to make mental health care accessible, compassionate, and effective for everyone in India.

What Services Does YourSpace Provide?

YourSpace Is Here provides a range of professional mental health and wellness services, including:

• Online psychological consultations with licensed professionals
• Self-assessments and emotional wellness tools
• Wellness workshops and psychoeducational resources
• Encrypted messaging and secure therapeutic sessions

Our platform connects users across India with qualified psychologists and mental health professionals for evidence-based support designed to improve mental and emotional well-being.

User Conduct & Safety

YourSpace is a safe, respectful, and professional environment. We are committed to protecting the wellbeing of both our clients and our professionals.

All users are expected to engage with our therapists and staff in a respectful and appropriate manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, verbal abuse, or threatening behaviour toward therapists or staff
• Sexually explicit language, requests, or behaviour of any kind
• Discriminatory, hateful, or offensive communication
• Misuse of the platform for purposes other than mental wellness support
• Sharing false or misleading personal information

Is YourSpace Suitable for Emergencies?

No. YourSpace Is Here is not an emergency service and is not equipped to handle medical crises or psychiatric emergencies.

Our services are designed exclusively for non-emergency mental health and wellness support. If you are experiencing any of the following, please seek immediate help:

• Suicidal thoughts or self-harm ideation
• A psychiatric emergency or mental health crisis
• A medical emergency of any kind
• Immediate risk to yourself or others

Fees and Refunds

All consultation and session fees must be paid in advance prior to the commencement of any session. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. We offer flexible rescheduling options with adequate notice (minimum 24 hours prior to the session).

Refunds: Refunds for missed, cancelled, or late-cancelled appointments are granted solely at the company's discretion. This policy is in place to protect the time and professional commitments of our therapists.

• Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice may be eligible for rescheduling
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds
• Refund decisions are final and made on a case-by-case basis
• Sessions terminated due to user misconduct will not be refunded

Legal Compliance

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000 (and its amendments)
• The Mental Healthcare Act, 2017
• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with the use of YourSpace Is Here shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

By using our platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of courts located in India for any matters not subject to arbitration.
