Devika Vijayan is a dedicated mental health professional committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal challenges. With a strong academic background and clinical training, she integrates evidence-based psychological approaches to support individuals in their journey toward healing and personal growth.

She is an RCI licensed MPhil Clinical Psychologist, having completed her MPhil in Clinical Psychology, along with an MSc in Clinical Psychology and a BSc in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her PhD, focusing on advancing research and interventions in mental health.

Devika has experience working with individuals facing a wide range of psychological concerns, including emotional distress, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and issues related to self-image and coping. While my professional journey did not begin in the field of psychology, my interest in human experiences and emotional well-being has always been strong. Over time, I became increasingly aware of how many people silently carry emotional struggles without having a comfortable place to express them.

This realization inspired me to create a platform that prioritizes compassion, understanding, and accessibility in mental health care. My vision was to build a space where individuals can openly share their thoughts and feelings, and where qualified professionals can guide them toward clarity, healing, and personal growth.

I strongly believe that seeking support should never feel intimidating or distant. Instead, it should feel natural, respectful, and supportive. Each therapy session is 50 minutes long — enough time for meaningful therapeutic work while respecting your schedule.

We offer video call (face-to-face via secure video), audio call (voice-only, no camera needed), and chat therapy (text-based). Choose whichever feels most comfortable for you.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee to protect our therapists' time.

Yes — all sessions are strictly confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except in circumstances required by law. Your privacy is our highest priority.

A Clinical Psychologist holds advanced clinical qualifications (MPhil/PhD) and manages complex cases and formal assessments.
